Prosecutor Seeking Maximum Sentence in Michael Jackson Death Case

The D.A. just filed legal docs with the judge for the sentencing today. As we have already told you ... even if Murray gets 4 years, he will not spend a single day in prison because of a new California law.

He will go to L.A. County Jail, where a 4-year sentence would be whittled down to 2 years. And, on top of that, Murray would be eligible for house arrest.
