According to Yahoo News, the band's manager told Reuters that the plan is for Cheap Trick to play a key role as an anchor tenant in a new entertainment district being developed on South Michigan Avenue, where Chess, Brunswick and Vee-Jay Records were once based. Cheap Trick Chicago would include a radio station, a performance area and instrument museum, and a restaurant.
