(TMZ) Lindsay Lohan was behind bars as of late Sunday night. TMZ reports that Lohan began what is supposed to be a 30 day sentence by may be much shorter.

(TMZ) Lindsay Lohan checked into the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, CA at 8:48PM PST to begin serving her 30 day jail sentence.

As TMZ previously reported, Lindsay is expected to be released within hours of her arrival due to a federal court order on jail overcrowding. more on this story
