System of a Down Back in Action
. Drummer John Dolmayan is opening up about the band's time off, explaining that while the break enabled members to pursue solo projects (Scars on Broadway, Indicator), those side shows were no substitute for playing in System of a Down. "I'm not opposed to side projects and stuff, but ultimately this is our band," the drummer told Straight.com. "This is what people are interested in, what people want to hear, and this is what I want to play. I really enjoyed doing the Scars album and touring with Scars, but Scars is Scars. System of a Down is, in my opinion, the true love of everyone in the band all four of us." more on this story Gibson.com is an official news provider for the Day in Rock.
