Metallica's James Hetfield Talks New Movie

. (hennemusic) Metallica frontman James Hetfield and filmmaker Justin Hunt were interviewed on the Wednesday, March 30 edition of "Fox & Friends" on the Fox News channel about the new documentary "Absent."

"Absent" traces the story and effects of Fathers who weren't there to raise their children, for one reason or another, creating what Hunt calls "the father wound."

Hetfield's father left his family when James was 13 and his mother died of cancer three years later. "My father left without saying goodbye," Hetfield says in the film. "He left a note, and it wasn't even to me." Check out the video here
