VH1 Rock Docs: Foo Fighters Announced

. VH1 Rock Docs: "Foo Fighters" is set to premiere Friday, April 8th at 10 pm ET/PT on VH1, VH1 Classic and Palladia.

The special will chronicle the 16 year history of the Foo Fighters, from Dave Grohl's early demos as Nirvana's drummer through the band's rise to Grammy-winning, multi-platinum status as one of the world's biggest rock bands.

Watch Dave Grohl, Chris Shiflett, Nate Mendel, Taylor Hawkins and Pat Smear come together as Academy Award winning filmmaker James Moll follows the band record their upcoming new album in Dave's garage. Trailer here
