The Living End Roll On With New Album

. (Gibson) Punkabilly rockers The Living End will release album number six, The Ending is Just The Beginning Repeating, on July 22.

The title track was co-written with Craig Finn of The Hold Steady. "This was one of the first songs written for the record," the band's Chris Chaney told Triple J radio. "I wrote the lyrics with Craig Finn from The Hold Steady while I spent 3 months in N.Y. at the start of last year co-writing. I hooked up with him and he's a hell of a lyricist." The album, recorded at guitarist/vocalist Chaney's Red Door Studios in Melbourne, Australia, was produced by Nick DiDia (Mastodon, Train, Bruce Springsteen, Rage Against The Machine, Powderfinger) and is mixed by Brendan O'Brien (Pearl Jam, Velvet Revolver, Incubus, The Offspring, Stone Temple Pilots). more on this story
