(Gibson) It has been widely reported this week that rock band Muse were set to begin their next album without singer-guitarist Matt Bellamy, who was busy preparing for the birth of his child with Kate Hudson.

The story went that bass player Chris Wostenholme would be in charge of songwriting as the band began work on their follow up to their 2009 album, The Resistance.

But according to NME.com, Wostenholme denied this on his Twitter page. "So to clear things up amongst any readers of The Sun out there, its all a load of bollocks," Wostenholme tweeted. more on this story
