Disco Biscuits Sideband Conspirator Announce Tour

. Disco Biscuits sent over this bit of news: Conspirator, the full band featuring Marc Brownstein and Aron Magner of the Disco Biscuits, guitarist Chris Michetti, and a cast of the live music scene's best drummers, has announced a fall tour and confirmed the drummers for their July performances.

2011 has seen Conspirator grow into a nationally touring powerhouse, as the band continues to amass new fans while focusing on their live show. While the band criss-crosses the country in their tour bus, they continue to churn out new music from their studio on wheels, and Brownstein, Magner, and Michetti have recently held album sessions at the Biscuits' Philadelphia studio. With time to commit to the band, Conspirator seems to have taken hold both in the live music scene and in the hearts and priorities of the band's members.

Set to kick off the summer this weekend at Electric Forest, Conspirator will feature the New Deal's Darren Shearer on drums at the Michigan festival. Lotus' Mike Greenfield steps behind the kit for the remainder of July's festivals and northeast tour, and will also join the band at Liberate Music and Yoga Festival in addition to Catskill Chill Music Festival later this year. Drummers for the band's extensive fall tour will be announced at a later date.
