. (hennemusic) You never know the power of loud rock until you need it the most. A 13 year-old Norwegian boy found that out in the most surreal of circumstances earlier this week.

Spiegel International reports Walter Eikrem was listening to music on his mobile phone as he made his way home from school in the southern Norwegian town of Rakkestad on Monday.

Four wolves appeared on the path Eikram usually takes from the bus stop to his home. Eikrem said he was able to drive away the wolves by playing the song "Overcome" by Creed. more on this story
