"Who Says" is the first single from Selena Gomez & The Scene's upcoming Hollywood Records album, to be released June 28.

The video for "Who Says" was helmed by award winning director Chris Applebaum (Rihanna, Britney Spears, Mariah Carey) and will premiere on the Disney Channel March 11. The digital single will be available March 14.

"Who Says," produced by Eman (Whitney Houston, Celine Dion) and co-written by Priscilla Renea (Cheryl Cole, Rihanna), is an up-tempo paean of self-empowerment.
