Saxon Not Going Down Under

. (Rock AAA) Saxon have withdrawn from their planned tour down under. The dates were part of the Soundwave Festival which hits Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth from February 26.

Saxon were due to perform on a stellar line-up including Iron Maiden, Slash, Stone Sour, Bullet for My Valentine, Slayer, Rob Zombie and Devildriver.

The announcement was made on their official website and read: "We are unfortunately forced to cancel our Australia trip due scheduling problems with the new album recordings."
