Electra Coming To America

The Anova Music showcase will take place on March 16, 2011 at Easy Tiger.

The band will follow up their SXSW gigs with a series of dates in New York in late March (see full tour dates below).

Electra signed to Anova Music � Tel Aviv's leading record label � last year, and has since released their first two singles "Coming to Get You!" and "Dawn of Summer," both of which were instant radio hits. Their songs combine gritty, catchy melodies and garage rock swagger. They channel influences from Rolling Stones-era garage rock, Rockabilly grooves, and '60s soul in the vane of The Clash and Buzzcocks and are quickly becoming one of the most provocative acts in the country and around the world. And in recent months the band has played with other likeminded acts, including The Fall and Art Brut.
