Shadows Fall, Unearth, Seemless Supergroup Post New Demos
. Dead Of Night features Matt Bachand (Shadows Fall), Jon Donais (Shadows Fall), Derek Kerswill (ex-Unearth, ex-Seemless, Kingdom Of Sorrow), Jeff Fultz (ex-Seemless) and singer Jason Witte (ex-Goaded). Recorded by the band and mixed by Chris "Zeuss" Harris, Dead Of Night says that the new demos conjure sounds of classic metal and rock influences such as early Metallica, Motley Crue, Alice In Chains and even Whitesnake, yet still maintain a modern edge that is clearly heard in songs such as 'Shades of Grey' and 'In Your Hands'. "There are too many bands out there with one radio-friendly song and nine throw-away tracks just to fill up an album," states Jason Witte. "We want our audience to be blown away with each and every song," adds Matt Bachand. "This project has been a lot of fun as it is quite a departure from what we usually do musically, we are all looking forward to getting on the stage and showing the world what Dead Of Night is all about."
