The singer smashed two teeth and sustained a black eye when he took a tumble in his hotel shower in Paraguay on Tuesday, forcing the postponement of Aerosmith's concert in Asuncion. But the band delivered their rescheduled 17-song show on Wednesday night � with Tyler, 63, even playing harmonica despite the pain in his mouth.

The official reason for his collapse was given as an attack of food poisoning. But the singer told the Today Show that he knew many people would assume it was drink-related, following the spectacular dive in 2009 which forced Aerosmith on hiatus and sent him into rehab more on this story
