. You can always count on Ozzy Osbourne to not follow convention and this No. 10 story in our countdown of the Top 11 Music Tumble and Falls of 11, proves his "fall" was quite different from the rest of the list. Here it is:

(Gibson) Ozzy Osbourne has suffered a dental dilemma. Last week, his two front teeth fell out, and the rocker had to call his manager/wife Sharon Osbourne just before she made an appearance on U.S. late-night show Chelsea Lately to figure out what to do.

Sharon told Chelsea, "I just got a phone call from him... He goes, 'I've got a problem... My two bottom crowns have fallen out,'" reports the Toronto Sun.

"I said, 'The two front bottom ones?' He said, 'Yeah.' I go, 'We've got a problem...' He's got a show to do on Thursday." more on this story
