Marc Bolan School Opens
. According to NME.com, the school has been built by Bolan's former partner, singer Gloria Jones, who survived the car crash that killed the glam rocker (famous for his work in T. Rex) in 1977. The Mark Bolan School of Music and Film will teach 100 students who have been orphaned by the civil war in West Africa.
