Duff McKagan Recalls Last Ride With Kurt Cobain

Blabbermouth reports that McKagan spoke with VH1 Radio Networks' Dave Basner about the experience. "We were both sort of in the same boat. A couple guys recognizing where each other was at," he said. "It's no fun being that completely and utterly addicted. And then we get off at Sea-Tac Airport and it's like, there's a mass rush of people, and all the sudden because it's like him from a big band and me from a big band and all the sudden everybody just stopped and stared at us. Maybe I just remember it this way but everyone just stopped and we were like, 'Okay� where do we go with this thing?' But I went to baggage claim and that was it."
