Teen Dies at Grateful Dead Offshoot Show

. (Gibson) A Furthur concert at the Peterson Events Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, took a tragic turn Wednesday night when 19-year-old Joseph Kimutis jumped through a window and fell four stories to his death.

Formed in 2009 and composed in part of former Grateful Dead members Bob Weir and Phil Lesh, Furthur were performing at the venue, located on the University of Pittsburgh campus, as part of an ongoing U.S. tour.

According to Pittsburgh's CBS affiliate, police said that right before Kimutis leapt through the window, he ran back and forth, got into a football stance, and yelled "hike." more on this story
