The Icicle Works Reuniting for 30th Anniversary Tour

. (Gibson) Seminal Liverpool band of the '80s, The Icicle Works will reform for their 30th Anniversary Tour and play spring 2011 dates in Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and London.

Ian McNabb and Co. enjoyed two major hits in 1983 with "Birds Fly (Whisper to a Scream)" and "Love is a Wonderful Colour."

They released four albums between 1983 and 1988 before breaking up after the album Blind. Drummer Chris Sharrock went on to enjoy considerable success with Oasis and is now with Liam Gallagher's new band Beady Eye. - more on this story
