. Guided by Voices Reunion was a top 10 story this week . Here is the recap: Acclaimed indie rock favorites Guided by Voices return, but only for a short time. Here is the announcement and reunion dates:

After breaking up Guided By Voices in 2004, Robert Pollard is reuniting the "classic" Guided By Voices line-up for just one brief US tour. Tobin Sprout (guitar) Charles "Mitch" Mitchell (guitar), Greg Demos (bass) and Kevin Fennel (drums) will be joining Pollard on classic GBV songs from 1992-1996 from the albums Propeller, Bee Thousand, Alien Lanes and Under The Bushes, Under The Stars.

Robert Pollard recently released a solo album in July called Moses on a Snail, and will be releasing another album with his band Boston Spaceships September 7th called Our Cubehouse Still Rocks. - more on this story
