Survivor Members Jim Peterik and Jimi Jamison Releasing New Album
. Gibson reports: One-time Survivor bandmates Jim Peterik and Jimi Jamison got together a few years ago to work on a new solo album for Jamison. Titled Crossroads Moment, the singer's album was released in 2008 to critical and fan praise. But Peterik and Jamison spent a year writing songs for the album, many of which didn't make the final cut. Burgeoning indie label Melodic Rock Records has compiled some of those tunes on the new release, Extra Moments. The 11-track album is rounded out with some alternate takes and demo recordings, which feature lead vocals from Jim Peterik (also known for his work in the Ides of March). - more on this story
