Hellogoodbye Going Soph Next Month

. Hellogoodbye will release their sophomore album, Would It Kill You?, on November 9th.

Big Hassle had this to say about it plus the band's tour plans: In anticipation of this self-funded album, the band released a video for its first single, "When We First Met," which was added to mtvU first week out and has received over 100,000 Youtube views. It perfectly captures their signature mix of humor and hooks.

Would It Kill You? serves as the much-anticipated follow-up to the band's highly successful debut, Zombies! Aliens! Vampires! Dinosaurs! The 2006 debut sold over 500,000 copies and delivered "Here (In Your Arms)," the single that sold over 1.4 million. Much of this new record focuses on letting go, accepting, and eventually celebrating the weirdness of life.

Eager to get on the road and play songs off the new release, the band has confirmed nationwide tour dates throughout the fall in direct support of 3OH3! The tour kicks off next week on October 14th in San Antonio, TX, In addition to these dates, Hellogoodbye will be using some off dates to do a handful of house shows, giving fans the opportunity to see them in much more intimate settings.
