The Doors Albert King Jam Released
. The show was recorded at the Pacific Coliseum in Canada on June 6, a little more than a year before frontman Jim Morrison's death. Released today in the U.S., the concert recording has often appeared as a bootleg and retains a reputation as an excellent Doors performance. Part of what makes this Doors concert special is a guest appearance by blues legend Albert King. The bluesman lent his guitar talents to four songs with The Doors, including "Rock Me," "Who Do You Love" and the Motown classic, "Money (That's What I Want)." - more on this story Gibson.com is an official news provider for the Day in Rock.
