Kina Grannis Spring Tour
. Self-released in February, the album debuted on the Billboard 200, #5 on the Billboard Top Internet Albums chart and #2 on Billboard's Heatseekers Chart. The release was accompanied by an official music video for the first single "Valentine" which has been viewed nearly 1.5 million times on YouTube! Kina's unique voice and sweet, melancholy, but always hopeful music has led to 3.5-million plays on MySpace and 39-million views on YouTube. Exposed to music at an early age, she taught herself the guitar at age 15, which has become her primary instrument. In 2005 she self-released her first EP Sincerely, Me and in 2006 followed up with two additional self-released EPs One More in the Attic and In Memory of the Singing Bridge. In 2007 Kina joined the rapidly growing YouTube community, made a music video for her song "Message From Your Heart," and entered herself into the Doritos Crash The Super Bowl Contest. After winning the contest and having her video air during the Super Bowl and its 97-million viewers, she walked away with a record deal which she eventually walked away from. Since then, Kina has regularly posted both original and cover songs on YouTube, building her fan base by the millions, and toured throughout North America, including a sold out show at LA's famous Troubadour in January.
