We received word that Tuff/Shameless will be embarking on a late summer European tour this August and September. Here is the announcement:The band will be fronted by Sunset Strip veteran - TUFF vocalist Stevie Rachelle. "I am honored to still be able to come and perform for the European fans. They have always embraced our music since my first visit with TUFF back in 1991. Now it's nearly 20 years later and to think I am going back yet again - it's a dream come true." Also on board will be drummer Jimi "Gunz" Lord who played drums for the band during the "Religious Fix" years. The SHAMELESS bookends on bass & guitar will be Alexx Michael and his partner in crime BC.
The songs will be a mix of tracks from both bands. Including the TUFF Glam Rock classic debut "What Comes AroundGoes Around". Fan favorites like "The All New Generation", "I Hate Kissing You Goodbye", "So Many Seasons" and the new millenniums global mega smash "American Hair Band". The SHAMELESS tunes to be featured are "Non Stop City", "Steal The Girlz" & the Munich based bands most downloaded track, "Queen For A Day".
The groups past tours have featured Bruce Kulick of KISS (2000), Steve Summers of Pretty Boy Floyd (2007) and Davy Vain of VAIN showed up and jammed with the group in Germany (2009). This year will be no different, as the tour looks to welcome a yet to be named special guest or two. TUFF and SHAMELESS combined have released over a dozen discs of music, and have a catalog of over 20 releases (including DVDs) in the last 20 years that have featured countless stars from the 80s genre'. "We have friends everywhere, you never who might show up and jam." Says the TUFF front man.
Stockholm Rock Out Festival in Sweden will be the final date of the tour. The first Scandinavian appearance for any of the members. "We are beyond excited to play for our European fans again. Especially France, Belgium & Sweden as these will be new stops for us. We cannot wait." adds Alexx Michael "We have friends and fans on every continent and we vow that South America and Japan are next but for now, Europe, get ready to rock!"
