Velvet Revolver Not Breaking Up was a top story in April. Here is the recap: (Rock Radio) Don't worry, Duff McKagan is not planning to leave Velvet Revolver despite becoming a full-time member of Jane's Addiction. The former Guns n'Roses bassist replaced Eric Avery in Perry Farrell's band last month and they're currently writing songs for a new album ahead of planning a world tour.

And McKagan says he's in too creative a place to hang about waiting for Velvet Revolver to get back on the road, although he hopes it'll happen in a year or two.

He tells Rolling Stone: "I can't afford to just see if something's going to happen. These are my years of doing something. I'm probably at my peak creatively and I want to use it. I'm blessed to be able to get that chance now." - more on this story
