. Taking a darker and more blasphemous approach to their already visceral sound, Carnifex will unleash Hell Chose Me on February 16, 2010. Blood curdling screams, guttural growls, double bass fury, and razor-sharp guitar riffs make for sinister and brutal work.

As the follow-up to 2008's death metal masterpiece The Diseased and The Poisoned, Carnifex's third album takes aggression to the next level. Influenced by the likes of Cannibal Corpse, Suffocation, and The Black Dahlia Murder, this San Diego quintet really knows how to bring the brutality. "From when we started to now, a lot has changed.
