Satch, Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony are gearing up to record their second album with Smith in January � but the skinbeater's duties with his main band could keep him from touring the record.

"We just did two shows with Chad and they were fantastic. Afterwards he said he's still committed to the band, so that was cool. I'm not worried about him completing the album. As for touring � we'll have to see. Obviously he's going to be pretty busy." Satch says in an interview. -
