KISS Recording Paul McCartney Song (Top Story)
. Gibson.com reports: KISS founder Gene Simmons recently told Weekender.com that his band will be recording "Venus and Mars/Rockshow" for an upcoming Paul McCartney tribute album. The Wings single (from the Venus and Mars album) was a Top 20 hit in the U.S. when it was released in 1975. The single was actually made up of the album's first two songs. On his Up and Coming 2010 Tour, McCartney has been opening every show with "Venus and Mars/Rockshow." The lyrics of "Rockshow" mention some famous rock and roll venues � such as Madison Square Garden and the Hollywood Bowl.
