Bill Frisell's Beautiful Dreamers

. Bill Frisell returns with Beautiful Dreamers, a new project and a new ensemble comprised of a trio consisting of Frisell on guitar, Eyyvind Kang on viola and Rudy Royston on drums.

"Beautiful Dreamers" � a stunning recording of original compositions and striking reinterpretations will be released August 31st and will be the first of many new releases by the guitarist on Savoy Jazz.

To commemorate the release, Frisell will make a special appearance August 30th at Barnes & Noble in New York City (Lincoln Triangle store, 1972 Broadway, NYC 10023) for a solo performance and signing @ 5pm.

Bill Frisell will perform and tour throughout the year and into 2011 with the Beautiful Dreamers trio as well as his other ensembles. Frisell will be in New York performing with Paul Motian and a variety of musicians for two weeks at the Village Vanguard from August 24 thru September 5th.
