Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter Jarrod Gorbel, formerly of The Honorary Title, is releasing his first solo album Devil's Made a New Friend on independent label Burning-house Records and his own imprint, Gorbel Music. These songs incorporate new elements such as strings, horns and female backing vocals for a lush, organic sound that compliments Jarrod's signature deceptively simple melodies, warm arrangements and soaring voice.
