Gogol Bordello Streaming New Album Online

. Stream Gogol Bordello's Trans-Continental Hustle in full over at MySpace now! Due out on American Recordings on April 27th, Trans-Continental Hustle is perhaps the most ambitious undertaking in the group's already remarkable decade-long career and is the result of an inspired, year-long collaboration with famed producer Rick Rubin.

The band is gearing up to launch an international mini-festival called "the Casa Gogol Tour" with North American dates starting April 18 goin through May 1. Gogol Bordello will headline the "Casa Gogol" mini-festival with sets by Slavic-punk-band DeVotchKa, East Village punk troubadour Jesse Malin and St. Mark's Social as well as electro-anarchists Tres Leches Afterparty Sound Crew.

Hailed as the "world's most visionary band" (Village Voice), Gogol Bordello is arguably the hardest working -- and hardest rocking -- group of our discordant new century, maintaining a touring schedule and an onstage energy level that would send the average combo running for the emergency room.

Led by revolutionary change agent and provocateur Eugene Hutz, Gogol Bordello, a nine-piece juggernaut of gypsy rebel soul, has become an international force to be reckoned with. While putting out several critically acclaimed albums, the intrepid band has literally traversed the farthest corners of the globe, building a substantial world-wide fan base via gigs and festival appearances throughout Eastern Europe, South America and the Middle East, along with stops in Australia, Western Europe and in their adopted U.S. homeland.

The band's encounters and adventures on the road, as well as Gogol Bordello's own immigrant histories, are the source of the subversively upbeat story-songs on Trans -Continental Hustle. Front-man and lyricist Eugene Hutz spins out scenarios that are, by turns, hilarious and heartbreaking -- from the outsider experience of gypsies in his native Ukraine to the struggles and celebrations of Rio de Janeiro's favelas, where Hutz currently resides.
