While not a note by note lifting, but take a casual listen to the main vocal melody in the verses in the KISS track "Never Enough" and you can't help but be reminded of the verses to Poison's "Nothin' But A Good Time".
A few fans have Posted samples up on YouTube if you want to head over there and hear it and judge for yourself. You can find the Poison song there as well, which ironically featured Poison covering KISS in the intro to the official music video. Given that link we have to assume that this was unintentional on Paul Stanley's part and is just a coincidence. We also don't have a listing of songwriter credits, so it might be an outside songwriters doing (though they reportedly didn't use any on this effort) but it's hard to believe that no one in the KISS camp picked up on the similarities. - YouTube
