The blogger who "broke the news" that was carried by several music media outlets (including NME, AOL's Spinner, NPR and Blabbermouth) on Thursday, claims he had been in email contact with Chuck and his wife for the past six months. Now he asks "Case closed? Not until I figure out who the hell was e-mailing me for six months pretending to be Chuck and his wife. A 'full disclosure' post regarding my side of this whole mess is coming shortly."
We won't name the blog in case this in the end turns out to be a PR stunt on that level, but it is curious that someone claiming to be Chuck Biscuits is posting notices of his own death on Facebook. But who knows is that is really him? We'll see if we can dig up any REAL info from a credible source over the weekend. - Facebook page
