"With the music industry's 'point of sale' migrating to the web it became apparent to me that at least part of the music industry's 'point of discovery' should also migrate to the web," says Tuniverse founder/creator Billy Austin. "There's still that kid inside of me that falls in love with a new artist and I want to tell everyone about how great they are and be one of the first to 'just know they are going to be huge.'
