Ryland Raus: This song speaks about friendship. It explains the fight of actually being an understanding and truly genuine friend. Inspired by a longtime friend of mine, I tried to capture every angle possible. The main angle of it is from an outside perspective peering into a world of lies, hard times and mistakes.
John LaRussa: I experimented with this song. I wanted to capture the melodic side of what Inhale Exhale has established, but add the raw energy that we were shooting for on this album. I wanted to leave room for Ryland to open up with his vocals which he did, in my opinion.
