Guitarist, Ian MacDougall, who was hit by a car while riding his bike last month is still recovering and has Posted the following update on his recovery blog: Hey guys just wanted to check in with y'all and let ya know how I'm doing so far. I've been keeping off my feet as much as possible and getting lots of rest. I got the staples out of my head, got a mini cast set on my wrist and one of those big clunky strap on boot casts for my ankle. As far as my hip goes I just gotta make sure I don't put much weight on my right leg. I'm still trying to get out and about though, still getting used to walking with crutches!
Outlook is good although my days are still pretty rough, my back and neck are so jacked from this thing! Starting physical therapy this week, not looking forward to it but it'll be good in the long run. I've been spending my time mostly in Dallas with my family and commuting back to Austin for doctor visits.
This has been such a trying situation and I cannot begin to tell everyone that has been there for me this whole time how much I appreciate them. I truly love you all and I can't wait to get back out there with you guys. I'll keep you guys Posted about any further advances in my recovery, thanks for caring ya'll.
