(PR) Grammy Award-winning Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Rod Stewart's album Soulbook, a collection of newly-recorded classic Sixties/Seventies-era soul favorites, debuts at no. 4 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart this week. This is Rod Stewart's 6th straight J Records Top 5 debut, his 12th Top 5 album, and his 14th Top 10 album.

Rod Stewart's promotional appearances included a lead guest and performance slot on The Jay Leno Show, along with performances on The Today Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live's Outdoor Concert Stage and Dancing With The Stars. AOL featured SOULBOOK as a "First Listen," streaming the complete album release week and Entertainment Tonight featured Rod on multiple night segments. In addition, interview pieces ran on CNN, Access Hollywood and Extra! prior to release.

Rod Stewart is one of the most distinctive interpreters in popular music today; his Grammy-Award winning recordings of the Great American Songbook (J Records) have sold over 19 million albums and is the biggest selling ongoing series of new music recordings in history. His previous recording, Still The Same�Great Rock Classics of Our Time, entered the charts at #1 in 2006, and was his first rock album in over eight years.
