The band is set to tour the UK alongside The Arusha Accord and Random Conflict before making their North American live debut in late 2009. The new CD was released this Tuesday and will also be released on Glasstone Records in the UK this summer.
Machiavellian have been making a name for themselves within the UK scene with an explosive live show that has earned them high profile opening slots for Job For A Cowboy, Misery Index, Dry Kill Logic, Sikth, and Bring Me The Horizon.
The group's debut, "The Impossibility of Death in the Minds of the Living", was recorded at Foel Studios in Wales and mastered by Russ Russell (Napalm Death, Dimmu Borgir). Machiavellian's sound is a mishmash of death and thrash mixed with hints of doom and stoner rock that prompted Zero Tolerance Magazine to hail the band as "one of the most promising UK bands on the scene today."
