The Friday Night Boys will herald the album's release with a nearly non-stop tour schedule. The band is currently wrapping up a stint supporting Sing It Loud on their "Guys Guys Guys" tour.
The Friday Night Boys will then join forces with Forever The Sickest Kids, beginning May 5th at Portland, Maine's The Station and continuing through the month. May 2nd will see the group rocking The Bamboozle 2009, the annual extravaganza held at the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey and an upcoming tour alongside Hey Monday is slated to kick off June 10th at The Club House in Phoenix, AZ.
Produced by Emanuel Kiriakou (Jesse McCartney, David Archuleta), "OFF THE DEEP END" shows The Friday Night Boys to be more than just the raucous pop rock outfit suggested by their earlier work. The album shows a remarkable breadth of ambition, spanning instantly accessible power ballads such as "She's Finding Me Out" and energetic pop-punk rockers like "Suicide Sunday" to dance-floor anthems including "Stupid Loveletter"(co-produced by Benny Blanco) and everything in between.
"I don't really worry about where we fit in or how people want to categorize our music," says frontman Andrew Goldstein. "I love songs that are catchy and fun to listen to and that's how I can relate to music."
