Brandy Settles Fatal Crash Lawsuit

. (NME) Brandy has settled a civil lawsuit with another of the victims involved in a fatal car crash that occurred in Los Angeles in 2006.

The singer's insurance company has agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to Mallory Ham, a woman who was driving one of the cars involved in the accident, reports E! Online.

The crash occurred on the 405 freeway on December 30, 2006 when Brandy lost control of her Land Rover and struck a car driven by Awatef Aboudihaj, 38, who died as a result. - details on that settlement
