In addition to the Von Bondies dates, the band also announces the rescheduling of their recently postponed show at the Roxy in Los Angeles. The new date will be February 24.
Previous to the recent release of their eponymous debut album Nico Vega had garnered favorable comparisons to a wide variety of artists including PJ Harvey, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Janis Joplin and Led Zeppelin.
The new album will only add to the eclectic mix and cement their position as one of the most innovative and original bands around. The album was produced by Linda Perry (Pink, Courtney Love and Gwen Stefani) and Tim Edgar (Early Greyhound) and mixed by Tchad Blake (Pearl Jam, Elvis Costello, Peter Gabriel).
