As excitement about the release continues to grow, the Michigan-based band has announced they will debut the video for their new single "Pale Bride" via MySpace tomorrow (Friday, January 23) as well as additional dates on their "Love, Hate And Then There's You" tour. The new round of shows includes stops in Toledo, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles and more.
The Von Bondies will be supported by special guests Nico Vega at venues like The Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles, the Doug Fir Lounge in Portland and Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco.
The tour now consists of 16 stops across North America where Jason Stollsteimer, drummer Don Blum, bassist Leann Banks and guitarist Christy Hunt will perform songs from Love, Hate And Then There's You, which is filled with highlights like the first single and video "Pale Bride," "Accidents Will Happen," and "21st Birthday."
Stollsteimer's newest batch of songs, as well as Blum's co-writes, were penned over the past few years and recorded sporadically during that period. Producers Butch Walker (Hot Hot Heat, The Donnas, All-American Rejects) and Rick Parker (Black Rebel Motorcycle Club) fine-tuned the recordings. A limited edition 7-inch single of "Pale Bride" backed with the non-album "Falling In Love" is in stores now.
