Here is what it said: "We regret to inform you that, for personal reasons, we've had to cancel our tour of the USA and Canada, which was planned for September.
"We wholeheartedly apologize to everyone who was looking forward to seeing us perform and we will do everything we can to reschedule the shows.
"We've always enjoyed visiting North America in the past and are bitterly disappointed to be missing out this time. When we return, it'll be with as much energy and passion as ever."
No further info was provided, but some fans are hoping since the note said September that the October dates might still go on, but the heading of the announcement did spell out "North American Tour Cancelled" and they said so much in their message but hope springs eternal!
