The closing act on Sunday night, Tenacious D will share the day's bill with remarkable artists such as MIA, Ween, Modest Mouse and Band of Horses amongst others.
This will mark the legendary band's first appearance in the Bay Area in three years and their United States Festival debut. The D promises to "unleash an earthquake of rock on the Bay Area!"
Tenacious D's unforgettable performances, groundbreaking videos and sheer charisma, energy and general all around rawkness will make this one of Outside Land's most memorable performances.
With five outdoor stages, two indoor venues, 94 diverse artists including Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, Black Eyed Peas, Incubus, Thievery Corporation, Jason Mraz, The Mars Volta and Tom Jones along with food, wine, and on-site activities that honor the local culture, the three-day festival is expected to draw a broad range of music fans and certainly be on for the story books.
