(TMZ) We've learned the L.A. County D.A. has decided not to file felony charges against Kanye West and his bodyguard for the attack at LAX earlier this month.

Yet another example of what a celebrity should do when they get into trouble -- hire attorney Blair Berk.

The case has been sent to the L.A. City Attorney for possible misdemeanor prosecution. No decision yet. - more on this story
