Prior to hooking up with Gov't Mule, Back Door Slam, which features singer-writer-guitarist Davy Knowles, bassist Adam Jones and drummer Ross Doyle�all 21-years-old�joined the Kid Rock/Lynyrd Skynyrd "Rock and Rebels" tour for a series of August dates.
They recently resumed a solo tour schedule, which includes the House of Blues in Dallas with Joe Bonamassa on September 26, a return to the Austin City Limits Festival on September 27 and a show that evening at Antone's in Austin with Jakob Dylan.
