The Brooklyn MC will kick off the tour in Cambridge, MA on September 11 and hit the road for two months. Ill Bill will be joined by Sean Price, member of Heltah Skeltah/Boot Camp Clik.
"This is my first headlining tour as a solo artist, so along with dropping the new album, this is a really exciting time for me," says Ill Bill. "I'm amped about getting to hang with my army of supporters for the next couple of months and letting them hear the new record. This album was made for the stage, so I can't wait to finally unleash this new music live."
The Hour of Reprisal is set to hit streets September 16 on Uncle Howie Records, and is available for pre-order NOW on Ill Bill's official MySpace, www.myspace.com/illbill.
The album features appearances by Everlast, Raekwon the Chef, B-Real, Tech N9ne, Bad Brains, Max Cavalera, Howard Jones of Killswitch Engage, Slaine, Immortal Technique, Vinnie Paz and Hero. The Hour of Reprisal features production by DJ Muggs, DJ Premier, DJ Lethal, Necro, T-Ray, C-12, Sicknature, Cynic, Darp, and Ill Bill.
Stay tuned for another big announcement from ILL BILL this week!
