Rare Early Bowie Recording Up For Auction

(NME) A rare David Bowie recording went up for auction on Tuesday and is available to hear online.

The track, called 'Mocking Bird', is a rare recording of Bowie's first band The Konrads, and is available to listen to online now at Last.fm.

The audio clip is part of a collection of over 5,000 Joe Meek recordings which are expected to go for about �300,000 - more on this story
